# Descuentos y reembolsos

Existen varias formas de aplicar descuentos y reembolsos en efectivo en CanCan. Puedes recompensar a los usuarios según:

* su historial de compras en tu canal
* su historial de compras en otros canales

Los descuentos y reembolsos en efectivo pueden definirse en productos específicos o en todos los productos disponibles en un canal específico.

La principal diferencia entre los descuentos y los reembolsos en efectivo es que los descuentos reducirán el precio al que compras un producto, mientras que los reembolsos en efectivo te devolverán dinero/crédito por el monto gastado en un producto comprado anteriormente.
