# Rabaty i zwroty gotówki

Istnieje wiele sposobów korzystania ze zniżek i zwrotów gotówki w CanCan. Możesz nagradzać użytkowników na podstawie:

* historię zakupów na Twoim kanale
* ich historia zakupów w innych kanałach

Rabaty i zwroty gotówki można definiować na konkretne produkty lub na wszystkie produkty dostępne w danym kanale.

Główną różnicą między rabatami a zwrotami gotówki jest fakt, że rabaty obniżą cenę, po której kupujesz produkt, podczas gdy zwroty gotówki zwrócą Ci gotówkę/kredyt w kwocie wydanej na wcześniej zakupiony produkt.
