# Bán cổ phần trong một tài sản

Bạn có thể biểu hiện Tài Sản Thế Giới Thực (RWA) dưới dạng các hợp đồng Hóa đơn để bán cổ phần trong chúng hoặc sử dụng chúng làm tài sản thế chấp để vay mượn.

Sau khi bạn đã có một kiểm toán viên biểu hiện RWA của mình dưới dạng hợp đồng Hóa đơn, bạn có thể thêm một liên kết ứng dụng vào Hóa đơn để các bên quan tâm đăng ký với các điều khoản của họ dưới dạng đấu giá.

Bạn có thể sử dụng phương pháp này để:

* vay tiền từ một hoặc nhiều bên
* bán cổ phần trong RWA của bạn
* bán toàn bộ RWA của bạn

Đảm bảo bạn đã thêm vào mô tả của hợp đồng của mình những gì người dùng nên đăng ký và mục đích của bạn khi biểu hiện RWA.

Việc biểu hiện Hóa đơn hoạt động tương tự như [biểu hiện NFT](/tieng-viet/products/auditors/tokenizing-real-estate.md). Bạn sẽ phải chuyển quyền sở hữu tài sản RWA của mình cho một bên đáng tin cậy và chỉ có thể lấy lại chúng nếu bạn có thể trình bày cùng một hợp đồng Hóa đơn mà không có nghĩa vụ (không có nợ đang chờ, v.v.)

Lý do bạn có thể chọn sử dụng hợp đồng Hóa đơn thay vì [ARPs](/tieng-viet/products/arps/manual-arps/selling-shares-in-an-asset.md) hoặc [NFTs](/tieng-viet/products/auditors/tokenizing-real-estate.md) là để có được sự linh hoạt hơn với số lượng thanh toán.
