# Bir Varlıktaki Hisselerin Satılması

Gerçek Dünya Varlıklarını (GDV), paylarını satmak veya borç almak için teminat olarak kullanmak amacıyla ARP sözleşmeleri şeklinde tokenleştirebilirsiniz.

Bir denetçinin GDV'nizi bir ARP sözleşmesi olarak tokenleştirmesinin ardından, ilgilenen tarafların kendi koşulları ile başvuruda bulunabileceği bir ARP'ye başvuru bağlantısı ekleyebilirsiniz, genellikle bir açık artırma şeklinde.

Bu yöntemi şu amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz:

* Bir veya birden fazla taraftan para borç alma
* GDV'nizdeki payları satma
* GDV'nizin tamamını satma
