## There is NO customer support for PaySwap.

If you're experiencing issues,

1. First, check [the troubleshooting page](/readme/help/troubleshooting.md) for your error code
2. If you can't find a solution, try reaching out to [the PayChat community](https://paychat.payswap.org/#/room/%23paycom%3Amatrix.org?via=matrix.org).

Admins will NEVER send you a direct message. If anybody approaches you directly on e.g. PayChat pretending to represent customer support, please block them and report them as spam.
