The goal of this Leviathan is to provide the whole world with enough sexual experiences by 2040. It works towards a world where anyone can experience any kind of sexual experience.

Sex workers can request items offered by members at any time in exchange for IOUs that can be used to claim special privileges from the non-profits in the manufacturing valuepool.
The valuepool uses its funds (which it constitutes from members' deposits and sponsoring) to buy even more resources for the sin cities. The decision on how many of each resource gets purchased is made by the community through votes.
