Valuepool members are the only ones capable of deciding what to do with its funds and they do so through proposals. There are two types of proposals:
idea proposals: where the creator of the proposal is submitting an idea for a vote
money proposals: where the creator of the proposal is requesting to withdraw a certain amount
To create a proposal, click on the View Proposals link in the panel of your valuepool
This opens the proposals' page, click on the Make a Proposal button
On the next page, fill in the form with the title & body of your proposal, the amount you want to withdraw from the valuepool. In the case of an idea proposal, just input 0 in the Amount field
Validate and confirm the transaction. You should be able to view your proposal from the proposals' page under the Opened tab like in the image below:
To vote on the proposal, go to the proposals' page and under the Opened tab (like in the image above), you should be able to view a list of proposals that are currently opened for votes. You can read:
its title
its number of current positive votes (in green)
its number of current negative votes (in red)
its closing date
Click on the one you are trying vote on to open the voting page like in the image below
Read the content of the proposal and if you want to vote favorably, pick the option Aye, otherwise pick the option Nay.
Click on the Cast Vote button, fill in the pop up form with your valuepool NFT's ID, you profile ID and your identity token ID (for which you should put in 0 unless your valuepool has a certain identity requirement for proposal voters)
Validate and confirm the transaction. Congratulations! You have voted on your first valuepool proposal.
You should be able to see your vote reflected on the proposals' page like in the image below where we can see an upvote of 16 for our proposal:
On the page of the proposal, the votes' section lists the IDs of all the NFTs from the valuepools that have voted as well as their vote
